If there’s one thing you all should know about me it’s I
have an undying love for sweets. Ice
cream, chocolate, cookies…I’m ALL over it.
Something else you all probably already know is I realllyyyy try to eat
as healthy as possible. Sweets don’t really
blend in well with my ‘quest for abs’ life, so finding alternatives is always
my top search on Pinterest. I found a
post the other day that made me wonder why I never paid closer attention to
this option!? Riddle me this: Sliced
Apples and Spread. I know it sounds like
a no brainer, but in the life of a full time working gal and grad school
student, the obvious answers are never the first haha. For a while now, I’ve been a fan of high
protein spread brand, Nuts n’ More,
and just recently purchased their white chocolate peanut spread that tastes
over the top delicious. This spread is
so guilt free and tastes WONDERFUL over sliced apples! Warm up a spoonful of spread and try to tell
me it doesn’t taste that great, bet you can’t ;) Consider this a solution to your sweet tooth!
