1 spoonful of Olive Oil
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 cup of unsweetened milk - any type of nut milk to keep it vegetarian
Shredded cheese - however much you'd like
How To
1. Chop your cauliflower up into small chunks, then boil in water until soft.
2. Transfer your boiled cauliflower to a blender and add about 1tbsp of salt, garlic salt, two small pinches of black pepper, olive oil and milk.
3. Blend until smooth then pour over your cooked noodles.
TIP: The consistency should be creamy, so if the sauce is too watered down, add more cauliflower (or baking powder/nutritional yeast!) If it's too creamy, you can add more milk until it reaches its perfect state.
4. After blending the sauce within the noodles, sprinkle shredded cheese over the noodles and pop it into the oven to melt.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
Easy, right? Five ingredients and five easy steps. Of course you can opt to use traditional macaroni, I for some reason am loving spaghetti noodles with everything right now so I used that instead. If none of this makes sense, head to my latest IG Reel for a visual. I have a sweet side coming up next so don't forget to check back in!
